We stand by the quality of our products, so with that, all Winnie Travel & Co, products are covered by a 12-month warranty which guarantees them against manufacturer’s defect under responsible use. This warranty only covers products purchased directly from Winnie Travel & Co website.  On any manufacturing fault, Winnie Travel & Co will repair or replace your product.

What is not covered?

Damage that occurs from improper maintenance, washing, or cleaning as well as damages that are the results of attempted self-repair. Damage that is caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, cleaners, acids, or water.

Scratches, rips, tears, dents, paint, peelings, stains, or discolorations that occur through normal use of the product and do not impair the functionality of the product.

What is the effective date?

This warranty is effective on all covered products purchased from purchase date to 1 calendar year after.  The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of the original purchase date is required for all warranty requests.

What happens in the event of a defect?

In the event of a defect, a repaired or replacement product will be provided at the discretion of Winnie Travel & Co Inc., all warranty requests are subject to inspection an approval for either repair or replacement. Replacement product may be manufactured in a different batch than the original item you purchased. Therefore, slight color difference may occur, especially on natural materials such as leather.  Replaced or repaired product is subject to the same warranty as the original product (same last day of warranty coverage as the original purchase).
